Jeddah: Modern Architecture

Blue glass is a very popular choice for many of Jeddah's sleek modern buildings.  This one has particularly interesting details, like the U-shapes in descending and ascending heights and the curved shapes at the building's top.  I have to admit that I'm not much of a fan of modern architecture - and there is no shortage of it here in this city.

This looks like a very ordinary box with some odd decoration to it. It almost looks like tuning forks done in concrete. I am not a big fan of modern architecture, but this not even a very good example.

I also thought of tuning forks.
